Rapid Lynx entered into an agreement with Working Warriors in late 2019 to recruit and provide readiness training for jobs for members of the Matawa First Nations during construction of the long-haul network. Working Warriors is a cloud-based management platform that assists Indigenous communities with identifying their workforce, assets related to economic development as well as managing their industry partnerships. Working Warriors also acts as a project management tool for employers on major capital projects and operations.
